The larger Classic and Accommodation lodges have a spacious feel and offer flexibility of layout, doors and windows can be positioned on any wall to maximise views of your garden, and the addition of partition walls means storage, toilet and kitchen areas can easily be incorporated.
All Homelodge buildings are built to Building Regulation standards which means the materials used and insulation values achieved are equivalent to those used in a proper house, so Homelodge buildings can be comfortably used all year round.
To ensure a high quality finish all buildings are decorated in factory controlled conditions and then assembled onsite, because of this method of construction onsite time is relatively short and is managed by the Homelodge team from the time of order to project completion.
The Classic lodge starts at £11,368 plus VAT for a 3.6 x 3.6m (12ft x 12ft) building which includes internal and external decoration, double glazing and a well specified electrical system which includes thermostatically controlled convector heaters.
