Living annexes are offered on a turnkey basis, meaning you work with one company from start to finish.
AMC Garden Rooms provide some suggested designs and floorplans on their website, but the annexe size and internal layout are fully customised for you. You also have input into the positioning and style of doors, windows, and the choice of finishes.
The floorplans use scale furniture models to clearly illustrate the type of accommodation arrangement you can achieve with an AMC Garden Annexe and the available space in each room.
Each living annexe is crafted in AMC Garden Rooms' Huntingdon workshops, with the in-house team managing the on-site installation phase.
AMC Garden Rooms offer a comprehensive turnkey service, handling the entire project from the initial design through to final connections and handing over the keys to your new home. This includes managing the planning application and Building Control sign-off processes.
