AMC Garden Rooms offer some suggested designs and floorplans on their website, but ultimately the annexe size and internal layout are customised for you. You can also have input into the positioning and style of doors, windows, and the finishes used.

Each living annexe is crafted in AMC Garden Rooms Huntingdon workshops, with the in-house installation taking over for the on-site build stage.
AMC Garden Rooms offer a turnkey service, whereby they handle the whole project for you from initial design right through to the final connections and handing over the keys to your new home. This turnkey service includes managing the planning application and Building Control sign-off processes.
