Homestead Timber Buildings tell us how they can create valuable extra space for customers:

Add value to your property and save moneyHomestead Timber Buildings-1

If you can’t afford the house move but you desperately need extra space it is definitely worth considering a garden room. If you think about all the stress created by selling and buying a property just for the sake of gaining an extra room, is it all worth it? You can have a specially designed room in the garden for a fraction of the cost without all that hassle! A room which is lined, insulated, double glazed and is heated when it is cold and can also keep you cool in the summer. It definitely begs the question “why bother moving”?

The benefits of a garden room are too many to mention and we have come across so many weird and wonderful reasons our clients have bought one of our buildings. The templates of the buildings are designed so clients can make it ‘their own’ bespoke building. Windows and doors can be placed wherever required. Skylights can be added to enable as much light as possible should the client require it. Some of our clients have had specially commissioned items added to the building to make it unique to them.

Some of our clients just want to escape the city and work from home in a specifically designed fully functional garden office and some of them just want to escape from the house to a garden building full of tranquillity and peace!

There is a wide range of building styles to choose from, each with their own individual look.

The Marlow is an ideal garden office, enabling you to work from home in an airy spacious environment, whilst the Windsor has a more traditional design with an increased pitched roof. If you require a conservatory style building then you should look at the Brighton which has been designed to give maximum natural light and panoramic views from within.

The Ascot is a unique building based on a Georgian design, a completely individual style with true character and functional design and the Cambridge looks superb in any garden location. The dormer style porch over the double doors gives elegance to the appearance.

The Richmond (probably their best seller) has a minimalistic style with a light airy and spacious feel. The deep windows keep you connected with you garden.
