The Garden Pod has a gently curved form which is accentuated with the cedar cladding that wraps the building. On the front elevation there is a small porch area with a lovely set of curved French Doors – this is a nice detail, and we like that Garden Hideouts have chosen this option rather than standard straight top French doors. On the rear elevation there is an arched window, again following the lines of the building.
Internally the pod has a light and airy feel, thanks to the painted wood cladding and wooden floor. The pod is fully wired electrically, so its just a case of getting it connected to the mains supply.
When buying a garden pod you have the option of buying just the building or buy the building plus an interior package. There are currently six interior packages on offer from a garden office or treatment room through to a guest bedroom.
The Garden Pod sits on a footprint of 3 meters wide by 4.76 meters deep. The unfurnished version is available from £14,950 while the guest bedroom package starts at £21,950 not including the bathroom.
If you are looking for something a bit bigger, there is a newly introduced 4 meter wide pod.
