Restoring Cedar Cladding
If your Cedar cladding is going silver, you can restore the colour using a Cedar coloured UV-oil. Our testing shows the results are pretty good.

A 9m x 4.5m community building created for elderly residents in Richmond features a spacious open-plan layout with integrated kitchen and WC facilities. The modern design includes bi-fold doors, LED lighting and fully connected utilities.

Carpenter John Berryman is creating bespoke garden rooms in Dorset. This 4m x 2.7m Cedar clad design is a craft room.
Outdoor Family Room with Storage
This 7.2m x 3.6m outdoor family room features floor-to-ceiling glazing and a concealed 2m x 2.1m storage space. The design incorporates a composite deck shaped around an existing tree, with LED lighting enhancing the glazed corner.

Art Studio with Tricoya Cladding
This bespoke 6m x 3.5m artist’s studio features durable Tricoya cladding for a bold, modern aesthetic. Built by Swift Unlimited, the studio includes wide aluminium-framed glazing, SIP panel insulation, and underfloor heating, ensuring year-round comfort and excellent artwork preservation.

Garden Gym with Bike Workshop
Sanctum Garden Studios created a Cedar-clad garden gym and a separate weatherboarded bike workshop in Chorley, Lancashire. The gym features extensive glazing for garden views, while the workshop provides secure storage. Both were completed in three days.
Ground screw foundations
Garden room designers have widely adopted ground screws (also known as screw piles) over the last few years. As they require little site preparation, are quick to install and easy to level.

Garden Designer Chose Crusoe Garden Rooms
Award-winning garden designer Karen McClure partnered with Crusoe Garden Rooms to build a garden studio for her design practice and social use. Located in a Conservation Area, the project required planning permission, and was completed within 10 days on-site.

We recently had an enquiry from a lady who was moving into a rented property for work. She wanted to buy a garden room as a teenage den for her children, but knowing that they would be moving again in a couple of years, wanted to find a building that they could take with them.
