Garden Fortress designed a contemporary garden room featuring an integrated kitchen and toilet, connected to mains services. The space combines dark grey kitchen units, oak worktops and space-saving bathroom fittings, while maintaining a spacious main living area.
Indoor-Outdoor Garden Room
This multifunctional garden room blends indoor-outdoor living with a covered veranda, bi-fold doors, and seamless flooring transitions. Its design includes a 6m by 3m insulated space, innovative trapezoid glazing, and integrated access steps, offering a bespoke, versatile solution for relaxation and activity.
Garden Office Shed Combo
This 5 x 3m garden office cleverly conceals a hidden storage room behind its Thermowood cladding. The 1.2-metre-wide storage space spans the building’s depth, featuring practical OSB lining, whilst the office area offers a professionally plastered, decorated interior.
Norwegian Log Garden Rooms
Norwegian Log garden rooms feature robust 75mm solid timber walls for year-round comfort, complemented by bi-fold doors as standard. Offering three design ranges, versatile sizes, and optional corner models, they combine natural insulation, stylish aesthetics, and efficient installation in just weeks.
Mini Garden Room – The Chad Pod
The Chad Pod by Bridge Garden Rooms is a compact 2m x 2m garden room offering both style and functionality. Built with energy-efficient SIPs and featuring premium materials like Western Red Cedar, it meets UK Permitted Development guidelines and is customisable to fit various garden spaces.
New Garden Room Replicates Old Summerhouse
Executive Garden Rooms designed & built this New England-style, fully insulated garden room to replace a seasonal summerhouse. Featuring Cedral cement fibre board cladding and Georgian-style windows, the building features a main room and a separate storage area.
Home Yoga Studio
Swift Unlimited designed this bespoke 6m by 3.5m yoga studio featuring floor-to-ceiling glazing, a sedum living roof, and mixed cladding. This project balances modern aesthetics with practicality, creating a tranquil, well-insulated retreat tailored to its client’s unique requirements.
Pitched Roof Contemporary Garden Room
Garden Spaces offer bespoke pitched roof garden rooms based on their Apex range. This example features Cedar cladding, a tiled roof, and aluminium-framed glass doors. Skylights maximise privacy and natural light, while impressive headroom creates an inviting, versatile space.
Garden Office with Room for Staff
Garden offices can accommodate staff and create a professional workspace separate from home. JML Garden Rooms designed an 18 sqm office in Edinburgh, requiring planning permission due to its Conservation Area location. The turnkey project included a bespoke interior and advanced connectivity.
L-Shaped Granny Annexe
Booths Garden Studios offers spacious L-shaped granny annexes under the Caravan Act, featuring open-plan living spaces with modern kitchens and shower rooms. Their QCB range provides a cost-effective, planning-friendly solution with a 25-year warranty and extensive glazing for natural light.
Ground Screws Overcome a Sloping Site
Ground screws proved the ideal foundation solution for a garden office built on challenging sloped terrain in Kent. The 1.5-metre screws supported construction on a site with a 1.7-metre height difference, enabling efficient project completion.

This bespoke garden sitting room by Swift Unlimited combines innovative design with personalised features. A unique angled bi-fold door layout frames the garden’s focal point, while a curved canopy and solar-powered blinds ensure comfort, shading, and light control in all seasons.
Luxury Garage Workshop
This bespoke 20 square metre insulated garage workshop by Executive Garden Rooms combines modern aesthetics with functionality. Featuring a reinforced concrete base, Cedral-clad exterior, and OSB-lined interior, it ensures comfort year-round, offering ample space and garden views for car and motorbike enthusiasts.
Planning-Friendly Garden Room
This teenager’s den was thoughtfully designed to comply with stringent planning requirements, featuring six roof windows to maximise light while avoiding side wall windows. Modern touches include USB-equipped sockets, data cabling, and a welcoming 1m-deep porch for added functionality.
SIPs House Extensions
SIPs house extensions offer highly insulated, quick-to-install solutions, often completed in two weeks. Featuring project-managed builds, they integrate seamlessly with homes, creating light-filled spaces. Though slightly costlier, their thermal efficiency ensures comfort and energy savings year-round.
Garden Annexe in Scotland
JML Garden Rooms built this 33sqm annexe in Scotland, providing independent living for a family’s mother. Featuring off-site SIPs construction, quick installation, and a modern design, the light-filled home includes a vaulted living room, kitchen, bedroom, and shower room.
Cedar-Clad Kitchen Extension
Garden Spaces crafted this Cedar-clad kitchen extension, featuring a glazed corner with aluminium-framed doors for seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The extension blends beautifully with the home, creating a bright, inviting space that opens directly onto the garden.

A family commissioned Miniature Manors to build a 3.6m x 4.7m soundproof garden studio for drum and saxophone practice. Key features include a decoupled structure, acoustic glass, and double doors, ensuring superior soundproofing and minimal sound leakage for neighbour-friendly rehearsals.
