Designing your ideal garden room is simple and enjoyable with the Modern Garden Rooms online configurator. This tool allows you to visualise your custom garden room while providing an estimated project cost in just a few steps.
Easily Design Your Ideal Garden Room
Start by selecting the building style that best suits your preferences. Under the "Our Rooms" tab, you’ll find a variety of options in both timber and rendered finishes. Choose the type of external cladding, whether timber or composite decking, to customise the exterior.
As you make each selection, the main window updates to display your choices in a realistic 3D model. Rotate the model 360 degrees with your mouse or on-screen controls for a comprehensive view.
Choose the Perfect Size
Modern Garden Rooms offers an impressive range of sizes—112 options in total. These range from a compact 2.5m x 2m model to a spacious 10m x 5m design, ensuring there’s a size to suit any garden space. With every size adjustment, the model and pricing are instantly updated, giving you a clear view of your configuration.
Customise Doors and Windows
Under the "Doors, Windows & Exterior Options" tab, you can select the style, size, number, and placement of doors and windows. After making your initial choices, click on any door or window in the 3D model to open detailed customisation options. Adjusting these will instantly update both the design and price.
Need to reposition a door or window? Simply click and drag it to your desired spot on the model. Keep in mind that placement has a significant impact on the room’s overall aesthetic. The configurator will even alert you if a door system is too large for your chosen room size, making it easy to refine your design.
Add Finishing Touches
Customise the colour of the door and window frames in the "Colour" tab. With a wide variety of colours available, including Anthracite Grey and the timeless Chartwell Green, you can create a truly personalised look. This colour pairs beautifully with cedar cladding, adding a classic touch to any garden room.
Under the "Interior" tab, you can explore options for internal features, such as partition walls and acoustic upgrades—perfect for creating a soundproof garden studio.
