Booths Garden Studios are constantly honing the specification of their garden rooms and living annexes. They have recently announced tweaks to the specification of their QCB garden annexe range.
The QCB garden annexe has proved very popular with people looking to create a self-contained home in the garden. It is designed to be built under the Caravan Act, and with prices of around £50,000 all in, it is a cost-effective way to create a home in the garden.
The Booths Garden Studios team have recently announced some tweaks to the QCB garden annexe specification. They all enhance the useability of the annexe.
New kitchen layout
The QCB garden annexe comes complete with a modern white kitchen. The Booths team have chosen a new sink design, which enhances the useability of the kitchen while leaving space if you want to swap out one of the 600mm cupboards to fit in a cooker or washing machine, as Alex & Iain explain in this video:
New sliding shower door option
Until now, the shower in QCB garden annexe has been fitted with a curtain. This allows easy access in and out of the shower. Now, however, you can choose between the curtain and a sliding shower door, as Alex & Iain explain in this video:
Bedroom layout
Part of the success of the QCB garden annexe is that it has an excellent sized double bedroom. Alex and Iain discuss in this video how they designed the bedroom so that it maximised space for furniture. You will see, as well as the bed that there is room for wardrobes, a good-sized chest of draws and bedside cabinets to be included. Yet, still leaving room to move around the room.
