- 2.44m x 2.44m (8ft x 8ft) - £36.92 per week including VAT. That's £160 per month, including VAT. There is a one-off installation cost of £1,659 plus £2 per mile from Booths HQ.
- 3.66m x 2.44m (12ft x 8ft) - £46.15 per week including VAT. That's £200 per month, including VAT. There is a one-off installation cost of £1,659 plus £2 per mile from Booths HQ.
- 4.88m x 2.44m (16ft x 8ft) - £55.38 per week including VAT. That's £240.00 per month, including VAT. There is a one-off installation cost of £1,759 plus £2 per mile from Booths HQ.
- 6.1m x 2.44m (20ft x 8ft) - £64.62 per week including VAT. That's £280 per month, including VAT. There is a one-off installation cost of £2,059 plus £2 per mile from Booths HQ.
You can rent the garden office for as long as you need. If you return it within 18 months, there is a recovery fee of £1,475. If you rent it for longer than 18 months, there is no recovery fee to pay.

Permitted Development friendly garden office
The QCB range from Booths Garden Studios is designed to be Permitted Development friendly. It is 2.5m tall, so it offers the maximum flexibility when positioning the office in the garden.
The QCB garden office comes with its own foundation system, so you don't have to install a concrete slab before it is installed. When you are finished with the building, it can be cleanly removed from the garden.
