2016 marks the first 10 years of Smart Garden Offices. Its been quite a journey from Managing Director Charlie Dalton’s initial vision for a new garden office to a company that now employs 40 staff installing 6 garden offices a week.
As an observer of the garden room industry it has been fascinating and most enjoyable watching the Smart Garden Offices journey. The last 4 0r 5 years have been a particular period of growth. Two new ranges of garden office have been launched to great success and we hear their is another design going to launch later this month – watch this space for details.
The growing Smart team have moved into a 2.5 acre complex which houses the £750,000 worth of CAD/CAM machinery which precision cuts the parts for each and every building. These components are then finished and assembled by a team of dedicated and skilled craftsmen.
The years of experience coupled with the latest technology mean that Smart Garden Offices are a safe pair of hands to build your garden room.
On a personal note Charlie Dalton and the Smart team have been valued supporters of The Garden Room Guide and our sister site The Garden Office Guide over the years. In fact Smart Garden Offices was one of the first suppliers we wrote about back in 2009 when we launched.
