We spotted this video of a two-room garden room by Smart Modular Buildings, Instagram page. They have chosen it as their best building of 2019. We can see why, it is pretty amazing!

It is clever how the SMART team and their customers have worked together to create the ideal layout for the family. Each room is independently accessible from the outside through the bi-fold doors. Inside, a pocket door can be slid back to create easy movement between the two rooms.
The building itself is an example of Smart Modular Buildings Belle Range. The Belle is a stylish painted garden room, with a lot of options to customise to your tastes.
The Belle Range is Permitted Development friendly having an overall height of 2.5m. This offers you maximum flexibility when it comes to positioning the building in your garden.
As well as choosing the colour for the external cladding and the interior finishes, you have a lot of choice in regard to the layout of the doors and windows. The two rooms appear to be mirror images of each other, with the same layout of doors and windows for each room.
You can mix and match solid wall panels, windows and doors to create your ideal configuration. With this project, the customer chose two sets of bi-fold doors — the dark grey frames of the doors, a stylish choice with the pale exterior cladding finish.
This project showcases how two rooms with different uses can sit comfortably side by side in one well-designed garden room.
