Based on timber framed construction, the structures feature Thermowood (R) cladding, with highly insulated floors, walls and ceiling. Open Spaces have an abundance of natural light thanks to their sliding folding doors and large picture windows, all double glazed with security locking. Interiors are fully plastered and decorated to the highest standards. Each building comes with laminate flooring, plus polished chrome electrical fittings and downlights which add to the luxurious feel of these flexible structures.
Each Open Spaces garden building is installed by an in-house team of professional craftsmen over a 2 week period which includes the insulated foundation slab and all internal finishes. Fully project managed and with a proven track record of building timber framed houses, Open Spaces also offer an a professional interior design and furnishing service (subject to extra cost) which means customers can simply walk in and start enjoying their new space straight away, a truly turn-key solution!
A 3.5 metre deep x 4.2 metre wide Open Spaces garden building starts from £14,500 including VAT, delivery and installation.
