Flexible L-Shaped Design
This outdoor room features an L-shaped layout that combines indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces. A large set of bi-fold doors allows easy movement between the cosy interior and the outdoor canopy area, which is perfect for summer barbecues or simply enjoying the garden.
With a footprint of 5.5m x 4m, the main room is highly insulated to stay comfortable through all seasons. The design allows for flexibility, with the canopy area at the front offering an excellent, sheltered space for grilling or setting up additional seating.
Cedar and Cedral Cladding for a Stylish Exterior
The garden room exterior stands out with its mix of Western Red Cedar on the garden-facing sides and durable dark grey Cedral on the side and rear walls. This contemporary pairing provides both aesthetic appeal and durability, requiring minimal maintenance over time.
To maintain the Cedar’s rich reddish-brown tones, a UV-protective oil has been applied to each board. This oil slows weathering, helping the Cedar retain its colour longer, it can easily be reapplied every few years. Over time, untreated Cedar can turn a silvery grey, which won’t affect its longevity but can give a more aged appearance.
Cedral, a fibre-cement board, is long-lasting and colourfast, eliminating the need for future painting. Its grey shade complements the window trims and door frames, tying together the sleek design.
This Cedar and Cedral combination is a popular choice among Executive Garden Rooms customers and has featured in several other garden projects, including a garden office and a living annexe.
Bright, Modern Interior with Garden Views
The interior of this garden room is fully plastered and decorated for a clean, modern look, with natural light flooding in from a large skylight. Executive Garden Rooms use Velux windows with remote control and a rain sensor that closes automatically, ensuring the room stays comfortable and dry.
The Anthracite Grey bi-fold doors create a seamless indoor-outdoor connection and add a stylish touch. There’s also a rectangular window high on the left wall, allowing for more natural light and an additional garden view.
Fully Wired Garden Room
This garden room is fully wired with LED downlights, power sockets, and a smoke alarm for added safety. As part of their comprehensive service, Executive Garden Rooms connect the room to the main electrical supply, leaving you with a ready-to-use room.
Convenient Outdoor Tap
