Green Retreats introduce triple glazing as standard

Green Retreats have recently introduced triple glazed windows and doors as standard across their range of garden rooms.

Double glazing with coatings like Pilkington K or Planitherm has been widely adopted by the garden room industry to make garden rooms comfortable places to spend time all year round, but we think Green Retreats is the first to offer triple glazed units as standard.

Triple glazing offers better thermal performance than double glazing which will have an effect of how comfortable the room is to use and how much it will cost to heat and cool.

Green Retreats have written up the background to this decision on their website.
