The team behind Green Retreats one of the UK's most prominent names in garden room design, have launched a new range of self-contained living annexes called The Annex.
Modular design specialists, they have created two annexe designs — each one available in multiple sizes from 5m x 3m up to a massive 14m x 3.5m.
Once you have chosen the style of building and the size of footprint you can then mix and match wall, window and door modules to create your ideal configuration.
Turnkey solution
When building a self-contained annexe in your garden, you will need to apply for planning permission, and the build will need to be signed off by building control. The Annex team aim to make this a stress free process for you and handle the whole project on your behalf from design conception through to final decoration.
This project managed process includes making the planning application for you, installing the building, including connecting to the services and obtaining final approval from Building Control.

The Annex have fully furnished examples of the two ranges of annexe on display at their Buckinghamshire HQ.
A visit will give you the opportunity to speak with The Annex team and to explore some of the features you might like to include in your own building.
For instance, you can get a feel for the Sheraton kitchens that come complete with oven, hob, extractor, sink and fridge freezer.
You will also get a chance to see the quality of the shower rooms and the different finishes you can choose.
