The owner of this lovely garden sewing room will be able to pursue their hobby in comfort all year round, thanks to their decision to build a highly insulated Timeless Garden Room.
They chose a 4m x 3m pitched roof garden room design from Timeless Garden Rooms' traditional range.
Timeless Garden Rooms are known in the industry for their charmingly traditional designs. However, if you are looking for a garden room that is more contemporary in design, they are also the people to talk to as they offer a range of flat roof, Larch clad designs alongside their traditional designs.
A comfortable workroom, all year round
Timeless Garden Rooms are well specified as standard. They feature insulation in the floor, walls, and roof mixed with double glazing to create a genuinely warm building envelope. The insulation also helps keep the room cool in summer.
Insulation is just one layer in Timeless Garden Rooms' multi-layer build-up, ensuring this workroom will be a comfortable place to work all year round.
The owner will have been able to kit out their workspace in the knowledge that the multi-layer construction that includes specialist membranes to control moisture, will ensure that their materials will be stored in tip-top condition.
Garden room in Farrow & Ball colours
Timeless Garden Rooms paint the exterior cladding and interior walls in your choice of colour. They offer a range of colours, including those from the Farrow & Ball colour card.
This client opted for Dead Salmon for the exterior of their sewing room which we think looks marvellous mixed with the dark grey door and windows.
The Dead Salmon exterior cladding really offsets the Cedar shingle roof covering. Cedar shingle roofs have a long, maintenance-free lifespan. The tiles start out with rich reddish-brown colouring and will weather to a silver-grey as they age, but this does take time. We have Cedar shingles on a building here at Garden Room HQ; 15 years on, they are a darker brown than they were new but have not yet gone totally silver.
