Garden2Office crafted a multi-functional garden room from their Sportskabin range, tailored to serve three distinct purposes: a drum room, a workshop, and a storage area for garden equipment.
The client, a dedicated drummer, required effective soundproofing. Garden2Office offers a multi-layer construction specifically designed to meet clients' noise reduction needs. In this case, additional design elements such as surface-mounted electrics, a skylight instead of wall-mounted windows, and air conditioning (enabling doors to remain closed) further contribute to minimising sound transmission.
The drum room features a high-spec interior with plastered and decorated finishes, while the workshop and storage areas are lined with practical, durable plywood.
In the workshop, a strategically placed opening picture window sits at bench height, and power sockets have been installed with a workbench setup in mind for ease of use.

Low Maintenance Cladco Cladding
The exterior is clad in Cladco composite wood, finished in an Olive Green hue. This material is resistant to rot and fungal damage, coloured during production, and requires no painting—ideal for maintaining a fresh, low-maintenance appearance.
