A stunning set of bi-fold doors spans the front wall, offering floor-to-ceiling glazing that opens seamlessly to connect the studio with the garden. A unique addition is the electronic blind installed over the door opening. This blind can be lowered to diffuse harsh light and keep insects out, providing the ideal environment for creativity with the doors open.
Storage with Sink for Cleaning Brushes
This studio is designed with practicality in mind. Integrated storage, including cupboards and large drawers, is perfect for keeping art materials and equipment organised.
Executive Garden Rooms are known for using one of the industry’s best insulation specifications. Combined with specialist membranes, this ensures the studio is a stable environment, keeping art supplies dry and well-preserved — no risk of damp, musty materials here.
A run of grey cabinets includes a handy sink, fitted with a spray tap for easy brush cleaning. Hot water is available on-demand via a 15-litre under-sink heater. Executive Garden Rooms manage all the connections to the mains water and electrical supplies, providing a complete, hassle-free service.
Year-Round Comfort with Air Conditioning
For year-round comfort, an air conditioning system has been installed, offering both heating and cooling. The system features Wi-Fi connectivity and can be controlled remotely using a smartphone app. Additionally, a motion sensor ensures energy efficiency by shutting down the system when the studio is unoccupied for a period.
Contemporary Exterior Design
The studio's exterior exudes a modern aesthetic. Anthracite grey powder-coated aluminium bi-fold doors and windows stand out against the crisp, rendered walls. The soffits, fascia, and rear wall are clad in Cedral boarding, a durable material in a complementary light stone colour. The render has been painted to match, creating a sleek, low-maintenance finish.
