Inside, the room is finished to a high standard, with wood flooring and fully plastered and decorated walls and ceiling. The owners can control the electrics via their smartphones-one of many customisation options Garden Spaces provides to tailor the building to individual needs. The room also includes a modern shower, with all plumbing and electrical work signed off by Building Control for full compliance.
