Executive Garden Rooms created this lovely garden office for family hot desking. It is a quiet space where all members of the family can use computers etc.
Garden office with Georgian windows
A key part of the charm of this garden office and why the design stands out in the market, is the use of Georgian style doors and windows.
These were chosen by the customer to reflect the style of windows used on the main house. As bespoke designers, Executive Garden Rooms were happy to source this style of window.
The combination of French doors with fanlights in the side panels offers both easy access and ventilation.
No maintenance cladding
At first glance, you may think the garden office has a painted finish, creating the soft New England feel. In fact, a no maintenance cladding board has been used.
Cedral, the exterior cladding chosen for this project is a pre-coloured cement based board, that will not require repainting. The could won't fade so the building will look the same in 5+ years as it does today.
Cedral comes in a range of different colours and has an excellent fire rating making it a popular choice for Building Regulation compliant garden offices.
Custom storage solution
The garden office is a sizeable 4.3 meters by 3.7 meters. On one wall, a custom storage solution has been created.
The storage area has been fitted with mirrored doors. They keep the storage discreet and bounce light around the office, as well as making the space look bigger.
Executive Garden Rooms are happy to design and fit out custom storage solutions like this for their clients.

- External power socket
