This Crusoe Garden Rooms project showcases how a garden room building can become a key component of a larger garden development. The customers in Nottinghamshire chose the 7m x 3m Sanctuary garden room design, one of Crusoe’s most popular buildings.
The building is being used as a home gym, and the 7m x 3m footprint offers plenty of space for multiple pieces of equipment. The mix of sliding doors and full-length narrow windows on the front elevation offers a good view of the landscaped garden while working out.
Crusoe’s customer wanted to the garden room to be part of a larger garden scheme. They have had the area outside the garden room landscaped, incorporating an outdoor kitchen. We like how they have matched the cladding on the outdoor kitchen units with that of the Crusoe Garden Room, design choices like this add up.
The customer asked their local tradesmen to undertake the landscaping and outdoor kitchen part of the project, leaving the Crusoe team to work on their speciality – the garden room.
