5m x 3m Garden Office
This spacious 5m x 3m garden office features a single-glazed door on the front elevation and two casement windows on the side. The casement windows, positioned at desk height, allow for fresh air circulation and optimal natural light.
The building’s flat-roof design maintains a maximum height of 2.5m, making it ideal for installation within 2m of a property boundary while adhering to UK planning rules.
3m x 3m Garden Office
This compact 3m x 3m home office is another example from the contemporary range. It features outward-opening French doors on the front elevation, perfect for warm days. A single casement window on the side provides additional ventilation and light.
5m x 3m Hobby Room
This 5m x 3m building has been designed as a hobby room, highlighting the high-quality finishes typical of the contemporary range. Inside, plastered and decorated walls paired with a wooden floor create a space comparable to a new-build home interior.
The exterior is just as impressive. The Larch cladding and dark grey frames create a striking look, while bi-fold doors on the front elevation open the room onto the garden. A picture window on the side elevation adds an extra touch of style and practicality.
Durable and Low-Maintenance Exterior
Larch cladding is a standout feature of the contemporary range. Naturally resistant to rot and fungal attack, it requires minimal maintenance. Initially honey-toned, it weathers gracefully to a silvery-grey patina over time, without compromising durability. For those who prefer to preserve the original colour, UV oil can be applied periodically.
