Over the last few years, the QuadPod range by Sanctum Garden Studios has become one of the most popular small garden room ranges with readers of this site.
We've written extensively about the features of the QuadPod range, but in overview, it is available in four sizes, from 2.4m x 1.8m to 3.6m x 2.4m, and in two styles: Office and Studio. Prices start at £10,995 inc VAT.
As standard, both styles have a single entry door on the side wall. The Office style features a desk-height window, while the Studio style has a large full-height window.
Tweaking the QuadPod design
Sanctum Garden Studios are often asked if they can tweak the design of the QuadPod. Because the studios are manufactured in Sanctum Garden Studios' Chorley workshops, where they can, they will accommodate their clients' ideas.
This bespoke version of the QuadPod Maxi Studio is an example of this approach. Sanctum's customers asked to exchange the standard door and window configuration for French doors with side lights on the front elevation and a larger fixed window on the side wall.
As we can see, this combination has created an attractive corner glazing configuration.
The QuadPod Maxi Studio costs £12,995, including VAT. The customisations are reasonably priced, with the French door upgrade being £495 and the larger window upgrade also costing £495.
