The Hampton Vista — Corner Glazing From Sanctum Garden Studios

The Hampton range has been one of Sanctum Garden Studios' most consistently popular options, built around a full-height glazed front wall that combines a door with two fixed windows. That arrangement has made it one of the best-known small garden rooms on the market. The new Hampton Vista takes the same compact, well-specified building and adds a glazed corner.
A Corner Window Effect
A glazed corner is one of the most sought-after features in garden room design. The Hampton Vista achieves it with a practical combination: sliding doors replace the standard door and fixed panels on the front wall, and a full-height window sits on one of the side walls. The result is a wrap-around glazing arrangement that reads as a glazed corner from inside and out.
The side glazing can go on either the left or right wall depending on the garden, the orientation, and the view worth framing. Exterior cladding is a choice between dark grey weatherboard, which ties in with the Anthracite Grey door frames and roof trims, or Western Red Cedar panels, which add warmth and a material contrast against the grey.
Inside the Vista
Inside, the Hampton Vista follows the Hampton specification. The ceiling has a white finish with a subtle grooved detail. Walls are MDF-lined, which works equally well left bare for a clean, minimal feel or decorated to the owner's preference. Laminate flooring and white skirting are included. Lighting and power points are wired as standard, with an external junction box ready for an electrician to connect to the mains. The foundation system is included in the price, designed for relatively level sites and requiring no concrete slab.
All three Hampton sizes are available — 2.4m, 3m, and 3.6m width, each at 2.4m depth. All sit under 2.5m in height, offering flexibility in placement under Permitted Development rules. Installation is one day on site.
Launch Pricing
Sanctum are launching the Hampton Vista at an introductory price of £1,000 over the standard Hampton base price. As an example, the 3m Hampton is currently priced at £9,995, making the 3m Hampton Vista £10,995. The usual extras — additional sockets, exterior lighting, flooring upgrades — can be added to that.
This introductory pricing applies to the first ten bookings. After that, the additional cost moves to £2,000 over the standard Hampton. The price difference reflects the sliding doors and fixed side glazing panel.
