We have published Garden Spaces Customer Feedback reports before, and this latest one that covers the whole of 2014 and maintains their impressive results.
The survey conducted by the Consumer Protection Association asks Garden Spaces customers questions about the customer service they experienced and whether the job was completed to their satisfaction.
40% said their experience was excellent, 47% said it was very good, 7% said it was good and 6% that it was satisfactory.
The figures that interest us are the 100% mark for the ‘Undertakings Fulfilled’ which means the garden room was built as initially agreed at the time of order, and the 98% mark that customers would “Recommend Company’
