This lightweight orangery was built on top of the already existing masonry garden room at the rear of a gorgeous Chelsea townhouse. The second storey orangery was installed to turn the roof terrace into a space that can be used all year round, not just when the British weather allows. With a bar area and plenty of informal seating, it has become the ideal space for entertaining and the French doors open onto a small balcony that provides uninterrupted views of the garden below.
