The QuadPod is available in two styles, each model available in four standard sizes. With each design, you have the option to have the door positioned in the left-hand or right-hand wall.
The QuadPod Studio combines a single, outward opening glazed door on the side elevation (you choose which of the side walls) with a 2m x 2m picture window positioned to one side of the front elevation. This layout is perfect for many uses. The large window flooding the room with natural light and creating a great connection with the garden.
Meanwhile, the QuadPod Office has been designed to maximise desk and storage space. Again, a single, outward opening glazed door is positioned in one of the side walls. We love how this has been mixed with a 2m wide by 900mm high window, positioned at desk height on the front elevation. We particularly like that it includes an opening section, which can easily be pushed open for a little air as you work. So often, when we see these desk height windows, they are non-opening, so this is a great feature to have.
Both the QuadPod Studio and QuadPod Office are available in four sizes:
The QuadPod is available in four versatile sizes. We are particularly excited by the Micro option, as it means you can have a fully insulated garden room in the space that a basic garden shed might otherwise sit!
- Micro 2.4m wide x 1.8m deep
- Mini 2.4m wide x 2.4m deep
- Maxi 3m wide x 2.4m deep
- Super Maxi 3.6m wide x 2.4m deep
Clear, competitive pricing
Sanctum Garden Studios offer very clear pricing for the QuadPod, so you know where you are from the start. You will note that the prices are very competitive too:
- Micro costs £10,995 inc VAT, delivery and installation
- Mini costs £11,995 inc VAT, delivery and installation
- Maxi costs £12,995 inc VAT, delivery and installation
- Super Maxi costs £13,995 inc VAT, delivery and installation
On top of the building price, you would need to factor in the cost of connecting the electrics to the mains supply. Otherwise, everything else, including the foundation system, is included in the price.
The QuadPod can overcome access issues. If need be, the parts can be manoeuvred through your house providing this is a straight route from the front door to the plot. You would have to supply details of the path from the road to the plot when you order, and there is a £250 fee for this service, as the windows would need to be manufactured in parts, which incurs additional cost, but it is good to know its an option.
Adjustable foundation system included
Unlike many other ranges of small garden room, the QuadPod comes with its own adjustable foundation system. This is a huge cost saving compared with other ranges, where you have to organise the base to be installed prior to the garden room installation team arriving on site.
The adjustable steel base means the Sanctum Garden Studios team can install the QuadPod on a pre-existing patio or slab.
Contemporary Cedar and grey finishes
The exterior of the QuadPod mixes contemporary Cedar and grey finishes. Stylish, Western Red Cedar cladding is fitted on the front wall and the door wall. The Cedar is mixed with grey uPVC door and windows - a popular combination in contemporary garden room design.
The second side wall and rear wall are finished in a grey weatherboard, which is a durable, practical solution for the non-prominent walls.
Make your mark inside
Inside, the QuadPod is finished in a matt wall board. This has narrow expansion gaps every meter or so. The board is left unfinished for you to paint out the room in your choice of colour.
The floor is finished with a light grey laminate flooring trimmed with white skirting boards.
Pre-wired electrically
Each of the QuadPod designs comes pre-wired electrically with the QuadPod Studio having four double sockets - one positioned in each corner of the building.
The QuadPod Office also has four double sockets, with two positioned on the front wall under the desk area and the other two in the corners of the rear wall.
All buildings are fitted with an energy-efficient LED strip light. As an optional extra, you can also add an exterior light.
