This project by Wales-based Brookwell Garden Rooms showcases not only how a garden room can transform a garden, but also how it can extend your living space.

Brookwell Garden Rooms work in Wales and the North West of England.

Brookwell Garden Rooms customer recently moved into a new build house, and the garden was a blank canvas. They wanted to create a spacious living/dining room so that they could entertain friends while keeping the house tidy.

They chose a 5m x 4m building from Brookwell Garden Rooms Modern Range. This is a popular style of garden room with a recessed corner of floor to ceiling glazing. The grey door and window frames contrast well with the rich colours of the Cedar cladding. A composite deck wraps around the garden room creating an outdoor seating area, and an artificial grass lawn completes the transformation. This combination of materials will require little maintenance to keep them looking good.

The spacious garden room houses a six-seat dining table, six-seater sofa plus TV and surrounds sound system. All ready for a good evening with friends!

This project took five days to complete on-site. A 5m x 4m Modern Design like this starts at £15,800.
