Now, for the build!
- First and most importantly, make sure to thoroughly read the instructions that come with your Garden Room Kit!
- Next, lay out the channel base track- this is a critical step in the build, so be sure to take time to check that the dimensions and fix are correct.
- Now, time to install the panels. Follow the provided instruction guide carefully, starting with corner panel C1. Once the first panel is installed, its easy to whip up the rest of them in just half an hour.

- Now you’ve got your wall panels, corners and door opening built, this brings you to a total build time of just a couple hours! It really is that easy. At this point you might want to take a quick tea break, or you could choose to power on and get your Garden Room installed in record time!
- Now, back to the build. The next step is to fit the verge and eaves support flashing and fixings. By following the super easy instruction guide, this can be done in as little as 20 minutes.
- So, you’ve got your walls up. At this point, your Garden Room is missing one of its most important features- you guessed it, it’s time to install the roof! The Insulated Panel Store’s Garden Kits come with six roof panels, all of which are easy to slot into place with Zed support, which takes less than 15 minutes to install.
- Once your roof is in place, it’s time to start the floor installation. This can be done quickly and easily- it took The Insulated Panel Store team just under 10 minutes! Simply install the pre-cut floor membrane and slot the floor panels together, and voila- you’re done! The best part? All your hard work took only one day!
