If you are based in South London or Kent and looking for a garden room, you'll want to check out the work of Eleven Trees Garden Creations. The Eleven Trees team can tailor their designs around their client's garden, chosen style and intended use.
Established in 2007 as a landscaping firm, owner Barry's carpentry background meant building garden rooms was a natural progression for the company in 2015. This combination means that, unlike many other garden room companies, they can transform the area around your garden as part of the overall project.
Eleven Trees garden rooms have a good standard specification, including many elements other companies offer only as upgrade options. The core structure is an insulated timber frame.
The doors and windows are double-glazed aluminium units. Eleven Trees offer them in three standard colours with the option of going for any RAL colour. You can choose from sliding, French or bi-fold door configurations.
You can choose from a range of exterior cladding options. Popular choices such as Western Red Cedar and Siberian Larch are offered alongside Sho Sugi Ban options, where the face of the wood is charred, creating an aesthetically pleasing charred look, which also helps preserve the timber.
Eleven Trees finish their roof overhangs/eaves detail with a cement board that can be painted any colour but looks particularly smart when matched with the door and window frames.
As standard, exterior up/down lights with a sensor are fitted. Another design feature that other companies only offer as an upgrade option.
Inside, Eleven Trees garden rooms have a high spec plasterboarded and skimmed finish. This is then decorated, creating a space similar to that in a new build house.
Durable laminate flooring is laid over electric underfloor heating as standard. A thermostat controls this, but we hear there are options to upgrade this to a Nest controller.
