Although we have only recently been introduced to their work, Garden Room Designs have been designing and building bespoke standalone garden rooms and house extensions for more than 17 years in Norfolk and Suffolk.
Unlike many companies, Garden Room Designs have projects in their portfolio in both contemporary and traditional styles. They work with each client to create a garden room that compliments their home and intended use, whether that be a flat-roofed building at the end of your garden or a pitched roof house extension.
Core structure that's right for your project
Where most of the garden room companies we feature work with just one building system for the core structure of their buildings, typically either SIP's panels or a traditional insulated timber frame, Garden Room Designs takes another approach.
They look at each project individually and will design your building using the core structure that is best for the site and intended use. With 40 years of experience within the construction industry, the team are used to working with different building systems, be that traditional brickwork, multi-layer timber framing or structural insulated panels.
Whatever the build-up, Garden Room Designs ensure their buildings meet and, in many cases, exceed the current Building Regulations for new builds.
Glazing configurations to suit
The Garden Room Designs team will work with you to incorporate as much glazing into your room as you want. There are options for glazed gables, roof windows, and all styles of doors. You can choose from uPVC, Aluminium and timber doors and windows.
As we mentioned earlier, Garden Room Designs focus their work in the Norfolk and Suffolk areas. Lead times are typically eight weeks but can vary depending on the time of year. On-site build times are usually 6 to 10 weeks.
