This building is on a 5.4 meter x 3.2 meter footprint so is a very good size and features a large set of French doors with side lights. A high level fanlight window has been incorporated into the side elevation which will allow easy ventilation.
All Executive Garden Rooms are finished internally like a room in a new build house with plastered walls. This customer chose an engineered wood flooring which provides a quality finish.
The customer has a lot of music to store in the room and worked with the Executive Garden Rooms team to design a flexible shelving system.
