Most garden room suppliers will be happy to tailor their designs, so it works for your specific needs. A recent Sanctum Garden Studios customer had a very specific request for her garden room building – that it incorporate a cat flap. This was the first time that the Sanctum team had had this request, but we have been aware of other garden rooms that have been tailored around the family pet.
The Sanctum Garden Studios were happy to tailor a 2.4m x 2.4m garden room from their Contemporary Range to Mo, their customer’s needs. They asked Mo to order the cat flap, and it was incorporated into the structure of the front wall in the Sanctum workshop. To allow for the space the cat flap required, Sanctum Garden Studios had to order a non-standard size of French doors, a 1.6-meter wide pair were chosen.
She also wanted glazing on the side elevations of the room, so chose a floor to ceiling fixed glazed panel on the left elevation and a fully glazed door on the right-hand side.
