This 57 sqm one-bedroom annexe, designed by AMC Garden Rooms, offers a spacious, independent living space for a family in Hemel Hempstead. Built under the Caravan Act, the annexe features a 9.5m x 6m L-shaped layout with a large kitchen-living area and garden views from both the living room and bedroom. A hardwood deck links the two wings, providing an outdoor seating area. The annexe includes a well-specified en-suite bathroom and a welcoming entrance hall with its own front door. Externally, the low-maintenance design combines Thermowood cladding and durable Cembrit fibre boards. AMC Garden Rooms managed the entire project, from design to final utility connections, delivering a fully compliant and ready-to-use home.

AMC Garden Rooms managed every stage, from design to mains connections, delivering a move-in ready home with low-maintenance black Cedral Lap cladding.
