Multifunctional Garden Room

Executive Garden Rooms have recently completed this modern garden room which clearly shows how versatile garden rooms can be – it is being used as a home office, gym and movie room.

The ‘L’ shaped building has been cleverly designed to maximise the glazing, you will notice from the photos that the full length glazing wraps around the corner of the building, flooding the room with natural light.

For times when the owners want to reduce the amount of light in the room magnetic operated integrated blinds have been fitted within the windows. These are well worth the money as they don’t collect dust like free standing blinds.

The building sits on a 22 square meter footprint and is clad in the popular Western Red Cedar which has a long maintenance free lifespan.

Executive Garden Rooms are all turnkey projects meaning that everything from the foundations through to the electrical connection to the mains supply are handled by their team – this is a reassuring service from the customer point of view, as you don’t have to do anything other than watch your room take shape!

Talking of electrics, Executive Garden Rooms have installed a high spec system in this building including: LED down lights, internal and external power sockets, Cat6 data, telephone point, security alarm, power for air conditioning unit and projector.

Executive Garden Rooms are bespoke designers, meaning every room they create is tailored to the customers needs and tastes. The starting point is an informal chat, give the team a call on 01258 470135 or visit their website for more information.
