Harrison James are selling their show room garden room

The building is finished to a high specification, this is typical of ex-display garden rooms, as the designers are keen to showcase the quality materials and design features they offer.

The building sits on a footprint of 5 meters wide by 3.5 meters deep. The design features include Cedar cladding on all elevations, aluminium framed double glazed doors and windows, underfloor heating and an integrated speaker system.

The garden room is divided into two rooms

The garden room has a contemporary style and clean modern interior which has been divided into two spaces, that still cleverly work as one. The home office area has a custom desk to maximise the space, while the main room would make a great sitting room.

Harrison James is selling this show building as they will be taking their new prefabricated garden room range to their upcoming shows, so it is a genuine reason for selling.
