The Urban is a new low-maintenance option from Sanctum Garden Studios. The composite wood exterior cladding comes in five colours and is resistant to rot and fungal attack.
Available in two rooflines
The Urban is a variation of Sanctum Garden Studios Contemporary range. The Urban features the same multi-layer core structure and palette of options to personalise your room. As with the Contemporary range, you can choose the positioning and style of the doors and windows.
The key difference between the two ranges is that instead of using treated Redwood and Western Red Cedar for the exterior, the Urban is finished with composite wood cladding.
Sanctum Garden Studios chose a composite wood finish with a modern brushed surface and a palette of contemporary colours. The boards have a hidden fixing system, so there are no fixings on show.
For a limited time, Sanctum Garden Studios are offering the Urban range at the same price as the Contemporary range.
The Urban is available in sizes from 2.4m x 2.4m up to 8.4m x 3.5m with prices from £13,995, including VAT.
The Urban comes in two styles, Cubed and Overhang. These images are a 4.8m x 2.4m example of the overhang style. As we can see, the roof extends past the walls creating an attractive eaves detail.
With the Cubed option, there is no eaves detail; instead, the walls run straight into the roof, creating a cubed appearance. Sanctum Garden Studios tell us that the Cubed design features slightly different corner posts to those seen on the Overhang design.
