They designed a building that mirrored the garden's contours. The interior boasts three separate zones for socialising, dining, and relaxation. Swift Unlimited Took Time to Hone the Design
Unlike some garden room companies that might pressure customers into quickly selecting a building and paying a deposit, the Swift Unlimited team believes in working at the client's pace. They don’t rush decisions. At Swift Unlimited, the design of a garden room is a collaborative endeavour. Maximising Space Both Inside and Outside
The distinctively shaped building occupies a footprint of 51 sqm, making the most of the available space. Though it's designed as a single room, the owners have cleverly zoned the space using furniture. One end hosts a kitchen and bar area, a generous dining section sits centrally, and a comfy seating zone concludes the trio of spaces.
Each of these zones offers views of the landscaped garden. Three sets of triple-leaf aluminium bi-fold doors have been used. These doors fold to the side, ensuring smooth flow between the interior and exterior - perfect for parties!
Swift Unlimited finishes their garden room interiors with a high-end plastered and decorated finish, complemented by wooden flooring. These finishes, combined with the expansive glazing, create a bright, contemporary space.
Swift Unlimited customises the electrical setup based on individual needs. In this instance, air conditioning was installed, along with recessed, dimmable internal and external Collingwood LED downlighters. These lights have been configured to create various lighting zones. The switches and sockets are a brushed steel finish. As part of their comprehensive, project-managed service, the Swift Unlimited electricians managed the final electrical connections from the garden room to the main house supply.
