On-site build times are typically just two days, thanks to Sanctum’s skilled in-house installation team, which ensures the highest standards of workmanship.

Each studio includes a specially designed foundation system created in collaboration with a structural engineer, removing the need for a concrete slab. This streamlined solution is included in the quoted building cost. The only additional expense is the electrical connection to your home, which is made simpler by the pre-installed external junction box.
