Sanctum Garden Studios has been designing and building garden rooms since 2008. With fifteen years of experience, they've gained an in-depth understanding of their clients’ varied needs. The company offers four popular ranges, each bringing a unique blend of design and functionality, in addition to their bespoke design service for tailor-made spaces. They serve customers across the UK, providing garden room solutions ranging from 1.8m x 1.8m up to 8.4m x 3.5m.
Sanctum Garden Studios offer lots of choice
Sanctum Garden Studios have built up a portfolio of four different ranges. Combined, they offer a lot of design and style choice for the garden room buyer and at different price points too. Their Hampton range, for instance, is one of the most affordable insulated garden buildings on the market.
The Hampton range, available in three standard sizes, features a fully glazed front wall, creating a seamless connection with the garden, making it a popular choice for those seeking an indoor-outdoor garden room experience.
The QuadPod range, offered in five standard sizes, includes the compact QuadPod Super Micro, one of the smallest garden rooms available on the market at just 1.8m x 1.8m. The QuadPod range comes in two styles: the Office and the Studio. The Office style features a practical desk-height window for focused work, while the Studio style includes a floor-to-ceiling window to maximize light and views.
The Contemporary Range caters to those who crave modern aesthetics and customisation options. It offers increased flexibility in the size of the building and the positioning of doors and windows. Its design combines the natural beauty of Western Red Cedar with the modern appeal of Anthracite Grey doors and windows. The Contemporary comes in two styles: Cubed, where the wall extends straight up to intersect with the roof, and Overhang, where the roof extends beyond the walls, creating an attractive eaves detail.
The latest addition, the Urban range, offers the same flexibility as the Contemporary range, but with a maintenance-free composite cladding finish available in a variety of colours. The Urban range also comes in two roof styles: Cubed and Overhang, merging functionality and modern design.
Manufactured off-site for quick installation
Every Sanctum Garden Studio is designed for comfortable year-round use, thanks to the insulated multi-layer build-up in the floor, walls and roof structures, completed with house-quality double-glazed doors and windows.
Each studio is manufactured at Sanctum Garden Studios' workshops in Chorley, then delivered in panels to your site for swift installation. This efficient process ensures that typical on-site build times are just two days.
Sanctum Garden Studios employs a dedicated in-house installation team, unlike many companies that outsource this phase, ensuring a seamless and efficient process that upholds Sanctum’s high standards.
Each Sanctum Garden Studios building comes with a foundation system developed in collaboration with a structural engineer. This eliminates the need for a concrete slab and simplifies the installation process. With the foundation system included in the quoted building cost, the only additional cost you need to consider is the final electrical connection between the garden room and your house. Every Sanctum Garden Studio comes with an external junction box, simplifying the process for your electrician to connect the studio to your home.
