Inside, the two rooms have distinct finishes tailored to their respective uses. The office space features a high-quality plastered and decorated finish with a wood floor, creating an environment comparable to a newly built house. This high-spec setting is ideal for productive workdays.
Meanwhile, the storage area has a more practical finish, with the inner side of the SIPs panels left exposed, showcasing the durable OSB board. This resilient surface is well-suited for storing tools, outdoor gear, or even serving as a workshop area.

The example shown here has an overall footprint of 5.15m x 3m, with the office itself offering an internal footprint of 3.08m x 2.68m.
