Built with SIPs (structural insulated panels), this room boasts excellent insulation, a plastered interior, and a high-spec finish. Air conditioning ensures the space is comfortable in all seasons.
Hot Tub Area
Sliding doors lead to the covered hot tub area, featuring a glazed skylight for cloud-watching and exterior-grade LED downlights for evening use.
The hot tub’s significant weight was carefully considered in the foundation design, with structural engineers ensuring the ground screws distributed the load effectively.
Shower Room
A shower room located behind the hot tub area offers convenient access, allowing users to freshen up without dripping water through the main room.
Example 2: Year-Round Hot Tub Space
In this project, Swift Unlimited’s clients sought to recreate the indoor-outdoor lifestyle they had enjoyed while living abroad. The result is a beautifully designed structure measuring 7.6m wide by 4m deep.
Main Room Features
The main room is a haven for relaxation and entertainment, complete with an oversized projector screen for movie nights and a bar for refreshments. Behind the screen, a hidden storage area adds functionality to the design.
Hot Tub Area
A glazed skylight above the hot tub ensures it can be enjoyed year-round, even during rain.
Outdoor Decking
A large composite deck extends the entertainment space, providing room for a barbeque and additional seating.
