This 4m x 3m garden room by Vita Modular has been designed as a multifunctional space with the convenience of both a kitchen and a shower room—ideal for flexible use throughout the day and future-proofing for changing needs.
Durable Finishes with a Contemporary Edge
The exterior of the building is finished in rich brown James Hardie Plank cladding, fixed horizontally for a clean, modern look. Hardie Plank is a fibre cement board known for its durability and resistance to weathering, making it a great low-maintenance choice for garden room exteriors. The deep tone of the cladding pairs well with the black aluminium bi-fold doors and coordinating opening windows, which help flood the interior with natural light while maintaining a stylish aesthetic.
Tailored Layout with Practical Features
Internally, the layout has been arranged to make the most of the available space. The main room includes a well-appointed kitchen, with the units neatly arranged along one wall to leave plenty of space for seating or working.
There’s a fully equipped shower room, finished with a black-framed contemporary shower screen and feature tiling that adds texture and visual interest.

The interior is fully plastered and decorated, giving the building the same specification as a room in the house.
