We can see that it takes inspiration from a popular detail in Green Retreats’ garden room designs — a recessed front elevation framed by a three-sided roof canopy and decked step, creating a welcoming entrance into the space. The Den is available in ten size options, offering flexibility whether you’re designing a compact studio or a more generous home for a relative.
The Nest
The Nest takes a different approach, featuring a pitched roof that creates a vaulted ceiling inside the room, adding a real sense of height and light. This design has a contemporary feel, with options to choose your preferred cladding finish and a standing seam metal roof for a clean modern edge. The Nest is available in thirty size options, giving plenty of scope to configure layouts and features to suit your needs.

The Hide – Full Planning and Building Regulation Annexe
For those who prefer a fully regulated permanent home, The Hide is built to full Building Regulations standards and includes Planning Permission and Building Control approval as part of Green Retreats’ service.
The Hide combines a modern aesthetic with practical comfort. A roof overhang creates an elegant eaves detail on three sides, giving balance and symmetry to the design while providing extra shelter around the entrance. With seventy-eight size options to choose from, the layout can be configured to suit your garden and lifestyle.
