Swift Unlimited created this exceptional 12m x 5m garden room, providing a transformative outdoor living space for a family—including their much-loved dog.
A Bespoke Garden Retreat
The centrepiece of this project is an 8m x 7.6m garden room featuring a stylish home bar and a comfortable living area. Sliding doors lead to an adjacent 3.8m x 3.8m covered decking area, complete with a roof light—an ideal location for the family’s hot tub.
Discreetly positioned behind the hot tub space is a well-appointed shower room and WC, thoughtfully designed with an exterior access door.

- Roof Light Feature: A fixed 1.2m x 1.2m roof window above the hot tub decking area.
