A Cost-Effective Option from an Experienced Name

Green Retreats is renowned for their expertise in manufacturing modular garden rooms. The Basebox range offers a blend of functionality, aesthetics, durability, and affordability. It is also available with 0% finance, making it more accessible for buyers. Available in fifteen sizes, from a compact 2.4m x 2.4m to a spacious 4.8m x 3.6m, the Basebox range stays under 2.5m high, ensuring compliance with Permitted Development rules.

Designed for Comfortable Year-Round Use

The Basebox offers a contemporary design that will enhance any garden and create an inviting outdoor space. Buyers can choose between French or sliding doors, both in a modern Anthracite Grey finish. Additional customisation options include adding an opening lozenge-style window.

The details of the Basebox are thoughtfully considered, from the extended roofline creating a charming canopy over the front elevation to the option of adding a composite decking step for a welcoming entrance. The exterior cladding is a low-maintenance engineered wood with a vertical grooved profile, available in primed boards or contemporary colours like green, grey, or black to blend seamlessly with natural garden colours.

Fully insulated, double-glazed, and built for year-round comfort, the Basebox is manufactured at Green Retreats' high-tech Buckinghamshire facility. Delivered in sections, it can be installed onsite by their in-house team. You can personalise your Basebox by choosing from the foundation pack, the exterior paint pack, interior flooring pack, deck pack, or the electrics pack, all clearly listed on their pricing page.

The walls are built from insulated panels with engineered exterior cladding, eco-polymer foam insulation, and white MDF interior lining. This, paired with glazed doors, creates a light-filled space. Durable laminate flooring options are available, or you can opt for no flooring and customise the interior yourself.

The steel-insulated roof structure provides a white ceiling finish inside and a dark grey exterior. The Basebox also comes complete with a black rainwater guttering system.

Basebox+ Range

Green Retreats has recently extended their range with the introduction of the Basebox+. This enhanced version features maintenance-free uPVC cladding with a woodgrain texture, offering a stylish and durable finish. The Basebox+ also includes an attractive side screen detail in Graphite aluminium and an integrated deck step, adding to its contemporary appeal. With these new design elements, the Basebox+ brings added aesthetic value and maintenance-free convenience to any garden.

Flexible Electrical Options

When selecting your Basebox, you can choose from two electrical packages, both featuring lighting, an oil-filled radiator, and a consumer unit. The second package includes additional power sockets for those needing more connectivity.

Configuring Your Basebox Is Easy

Green Retreats has streamlined the configuration process, allowing you to choose options online with their configurator tool. This tool enables you to select door and window options, as well as finishes for exterior cladding and flooring.

For those preferring in-person assistance, Green Retreats' showrooms in Buckinghamshire or Twickenham provide an opportunity to see the Basebox in person and get help with your order. Additionally, you can arrange for a Green Retreats designer to visit you at home to discuss your project and provide personalised advice.

The Basebox range is available across the mainland UK, with delivery charges clearly outlined for different regions on their website. Green Retreats also lists the prices of optional elements you might want to incorporate, providing transparency throughout the buying process.
