The QuadPod features a cubed roofline that gives it a sleek, contemporary look while keeping the overall height below 2.5m. This means it can be easily positioned under the Permitted Development rules, offering maximum flexibility for installation.
The QuadPod Studio includes a full-height window on the front elevation and a glazed door on the side wall, allowing plenty of natural light. The QuadPod Office, meanwhile, features a rectangular window perfectly placed at desk height on the front wall, paired with a side-glazed door. This combination makes the QuadPod Office ideal for a productive workspace.

The QuadPod is designed for comfortable year-round use, featuring a multi-layer insulated timber frame system that provides excellent thermal efficiency. Paired with double-glazed doors and windows, the QuadPod ensures a cosy interior, even during colder months. The roof structure is topped with an EPDM roof covering, finished with a layer of shingle, which not only adds durability but also makes the roof look attractive from above.
Quality Materials and Thoughtful Finishes
The QuadPod uses high-quality materials, including Anthracite Grey uPVC for the doors and windows, which complements the Western Red Cedar cladding on the front and door walls. The two other walls are finished in a low-maintenance treated weatherboard in a dark grey shade, adding to the modern aesthetic. Inside, the walls are lined with MDF, ready for you to add your personal touch, while durable laminate flooring and white skirting boards come as standard.
Rapid Installation and Minimal Disruption
One of the key benefits of the QuadPod range is the quick installation time. The Sanctum Garden Studios team can complete the installation in just a day, allowing you to start enjoying your new garden room almost immediately. The adjustable steel base frame eliminates the need for a concrete slab, making it easier to prepare the site and get started with minimal disruption.
All that remains after installation is for an electrician to connect the pod’s electrical system to your mains supply. The internal electrics include lighting, a light switch, and four double sockets, all wired to an external junction box for easy setup.
