If you're searching for a stylish, sustainable garden room, Little Green Rooms could be just what you're looking for. Based in Bristol, their designs prioritise eco-consciousness without compromising on quality or aesthetics.
Little Green Rooms install their buildings in areas like Bristol, Cornwall, Cardiff, and London using non-obtrusive ground screw foundations.
Sustainable Design for Comfortable Living
Little Green Rooms take sustainability seriously. Every material used in their construction is carefully chosen for its eco-friendly properties. This thoughtful specification ensures that each room is comfortable year-round, requires minimal maintenance, and remains energy efficient—saving you money while protecting the environment.
The striking mix of materials used in their designs creates modern, visually appealing garden rooms that stand out. As these photos demonstrate, the attention to detail makes their rooms a fantastic addition to any outdoor space.
The Workroom: Versatile and Well-Sized Garden Room
Little Green Rooms offers the Workroom garden room, available in eight sizes to suit various needs. The external dimensions range from 2.3m x 2.5m to 5.4m x 3m, providing flexible options whether you're after a compact workspace or a larger garden retreat.
The Workroom features a fully glazed front elevation, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor areas. The Millboard cladding, framing the recessed glazing, gives a sleek and contemporary finish. For those seeking a premium touch, the standard timber doors can be upgraded to high-spec aluminium doors, all featuring multi-point locking for enhanced security.
Thoughtful Features for Modern Living
Every Workroom is topped with a sedum roof, layered over a durable EPDM membrane. This living roof not only enhances the building's thermal performance but also creates a mini ecosystem, supporting local wildlife and adding a touch of nature to your garden.
The insulation is another key feature. Recycled polyester insulation is used throughout, providing excellent thermal efficiency while being eco-friendly. This insulation helps keep the space warm in winter and cool in summer, contributing to comfort while making use of recycled materials.
Inside, you'll find walls and ceilings finished with FSC-certified plywood, painted in your choice of Farrow & Ball colours. Engineered hardwood oak flooring is another well-specified feature.
