The Workroom features a fully glazed front elevation, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor areas. The Millboard cladding, framing the recessed glazing, gives a sleek and contemporary finish. For those seeking a premium touch, the standard timber doors can be upgraded to high-spec aluminium doors, all featuring multi-point locking for enhanced security.
Thoughtful Features for Modern Living
Every Workroom is topped with a sedum roof, layered over a durable EPDM membrane. This living roof not only enhances the building's thermal performance but also creates a mini ecosystem, supporting local wildlife and adding a touch of nature to your garden.
The insulation is another key feature. Recycled polyester insulation is used throughout, providing excellent thermal efficiency while being eco-friendly. This insulation helps keep the space warm in winter and cool in summer, contributing to comfort while making use of recycled materials.
Inside, you'll find walls and ceilings finished with FSC-certified plywood, painted in your choice of Farrow & Ball colours. Engineered hardwood oak flooring is another well-specified feature.
