This garden room project in East Malling highlights how a bespoke garden room company can create a building tailored to your specific needs. The Ark Design Build team has designed a spacious indoor-outdoor entertainment area for their clients.
The combined garden room and pergola span a footprint of 16m x 4m. An outdoor kitchen was scheduled for installation after the Ark team completed their part of the project.
The garden room is highly insulated, ensuring comfortable year-round use. However, it will be especially enjoyable during the summer months when the three sets of bi-fold doors can be opened to create a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The pergola and slatted screens are thoughtfully designed and beautifully detailed, as seen in the accompanying images.
