The team at Those Garden Rooms like a challenge and a recent commission is certainly challenging!
Restricted by Local Authority rules the Those Garden Rooms team had restricted height allowances at the boundary of the garden and a restricted pitch height to play with, not too unusual you may think but the client is 6ft 5ins tall and wants to use the garden room as a home gym for stretches and working out so some consideration needed to be made for headroom!
The result is this garden room with an unusual shaped roof, on the elevations of the garden room that face the boundary of the garden the eaves height is less than 2.5m high, but the roof rises to the front left hand corner which faces the garden creating additional headroom towards the front of the garden room.
It’s easy to create a normal single pitch roof but this design has taken some thinking about, if you have an unusual site or set of requirements give Those Garden Rooms a call on 07753 685 575, they’re used to thinking outside the box!
