Self contained garden rooms accommodation units are becoming very popular, with a slow housing market home owners are choosing them as ways of gaining extra living space for guests, teenage children who want their own space, elderly relatives who want to live independently but at the same time close to relatives and for luxury holiday accommodation.
Because of the modular nature of garden room design anything can be created from one room units with a toilet to multi bedroom units with kitchen and shower rooms. There are a few standard design accommodation units but most companies design them to order.
